Comes in 8 oz (pint)mason jar which holds about 1 cup.

A little goes a long way. Most lavender recipes only call for 1-2 teaspoons at a time.

This English lavender is suitable for culinary uses - cooking, baking, tea jellies, jams, beverages, herb de Provence.  Make sleepy time tea or lavender lemonade.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CULINARY AND CRAFT GRADE LAVENDER:  All lavender is made from dried buds of lavender plants. However, for culinary lavender certain cultivars are used usually being English lavender. We use varieties such as Hidcote, Royal Velvet or Munstead. Craft lavender can be English, Intermediate (Grosso), or French lavender.

Please note always recommend checking with a physician before ingesting or using herbal products, in particular if you are pregnant, nursing or using other medications.
